any product being returned is subject to our standard return

We will not accept returns after 10 days of receipt of the product.

You must issued a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER in advance. For return
authorization, simply

our customer service. For prompt service, include your ORDER ID Number, NAME,
ADDRESS and a valid RETURN E-MAIL address. Complete shipping details will
be provided along with your return authorization number.

All items being returned must have shipping charges PREPAID. Our distribution
centers will not accept items that are shipped collect.

All returns are subject to inspection. All items must be in their original
package or blister and in resalable condition.

AUTO AIR CONDITIONING MANUALS (eBOOKS):
We do not accept returns on any eBooks or electronic (downloaded)
auto A/C manuals. However, we do provide free trial versions
that allow you to review each manual and better understand the information
included. If you are still unsure after reviewing the free trial version,
please do not hesitate to contact our technical support department by
e-mail.
We will do our best to answer all of your questions and help you make an

AUTO
A/C DVD VIDEOS:
We do not accept returns on any DVD Videos unless they are
defective. If any DVD is defective, it will be replaced. If you are unsure
about the content or information covered in any of our DVD's, please do not
hesitate to contact our technical support department by

prior to making your purchase. We will do our best to answer all of your
questions and help you make an informed purchase.
